 Cixi Tianlong Plastic Co., Ltd. Is located in the Zonghan town, next to Cixi city in the Zhejiang Province, about 270 Km south of Shanghai, China.The company was founded in 1989 and obtained DNV ISO 9002 in 2000.Presently, 480 staff members are employed here. The total area is 13,000 square meters (140,000-sq. ft.) with 9,000 square meters (96,875 sq. ft.) dedicated factory space. The products presently manufactured are mainly molded plastic parts like the very complicated deflection yoke bobbin used in TV monitors and general transformer bobbins as used in electronic lighting ballast's. Customers are not only located in China but also in the USA, Mexico, Europe and India. Our customer base consists of many well known global enterprises like: Panasonic, Sony, Philips Hitachi, Samsung Toshiba and LG. The strength of the company is its ability to create precision tooling for the most challenging application by its highly trained and dedicated staff, supported by modern, world-class machinery and equipment. For mold design the company presently uses the UG II and Pro E software.The tooling machinery is of high precision, modern and for the most part made in Japan and Switzerland. A partial listing is found on the last page of the brochure.There are 41 sets of molding machines operating in this factory, ranging in tonnage from 80 to 240. In addition 4 sets of pin insertion machines are used.
